Hi! i’m sam, welcome to my website!

I’m Sam, a mixed-media artist who focuses in photography, graphic design, illustration, and elements of sculpture. In May of 2025, I graduated from Fordham University with a BA in Visual Arts and a double minor in English and Environmental Studies. Since graduating, I have worked towards creating more across my fields of interest and have collaborated with organizations such as The Diaries Collective Magazine, New England Puppy Rescue, and Grapevine Zine.

I love all things nostalgic, celestial, whimsical, natural and feminine, which are all common themes in my work. Through my art, I aim to build a community of creatives who appreciate the styles and themes that I love working with!

  • Senior Thesis Exhibition

  • "Star Seeker" Short Film

    In February of 2025, short film “Star Seeker” featuring an abstract telling of the moon falling in love with the sun was completed.

  • Senior Thesis Highlights Exhibition

    In December 2024, Bowin featured a portion of her Senior Thesis among the other students in her Senior Seminar Course in the Susan Lipani Gallery.

  • Flash Magazine Feature

  • TRAVEL

    Ireland photography grant

    In March of 2024, Samantha was awarded the Ildiko Butler Travel Grant, allowing her to visit Ireland and Scotland for 10 days. You can view the expanded portfolio in the travel section.
